Open your browser and navigate to the official AWS Free Tier Page (aws.amazon.com/free). Click on the Create a free account button.

AWS now integrates sign-in with AWS Builder ID. You can enter your email address and click Continue, or use 1-click single sign-on with Google, GitHub, Apple, or Amazon.

Select your Country or Region (for example, India or United States) and enter your initial contact information and phone number.

Fill in your full address, city, state or province, and postal code. Ensure your active phone number is entered correctly, then click Continue.

Under the identity confirmation window, choose your registration purpose (select Personal use for personal learning and practice) and set Ownership type to Individual.

Select Aadhaar as your document type, then click Get Digi locker URL. Authorize with DigiLocker to complete instant verification without manually scanning or uploading paper documents.

AWS will prompt you to enter your credit or debit card details for identity confirmation. A nominal refundable verification charge (₹2 in India, $1 internationally) is processed. You will never be charged for services within the Free Tier limits or promotional credits.
